Chell is the best!! My car was delayed because the carrier had to wait for another customer so it was delayed for a day.

Chell immediately called them and tried to keep track what happened.

She was very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way from the beginning to the end.

She really went all her way to help a customer!!
