My first vehicle transport experience turned out to be a very easy process. There was a delay at the car dealership my car was being shipped from because of bad weather, but it was no issue to give a call back when the car would be available. I was not charged for a deposit until pickup. Once the car was available for pickup, Danielle quickly found a driver, and notified me of any difference in quote (which was still cheaper than other companies.) After my approval, everything was scheduled, and I was called with pickup and arrival dates, and carrier information. I received a call from Danielle when the vehicle was picked up, from the driver when he was on the way, and the pickup was verified by Danielle to ensure I had a satisfactory experience. In the beginning I was hesitant to ship the car, but now I would not hesitate to do it again. Having all of my questions answered and experiencing the patience, helpfulness, and communication from Danielle has put me at ease.
