Mike was sincere, attentive and accessible.
However, he called a number of times either asking me to contact the transporter, or to change the delivery site.
I felt he was trying to "change the deal" after assuring me pre-contract that he was my only contact and available without limit to ensure a smooth delivery. He is the one with the relationship with the transporter, not I.
