Good experience only have a little problem

The service was on time and made it easy to do. Just maybe the time is not a good time because that was near New year so it had a little problem contacting with the driver. And the other problem is I shipped my car from LA to nearby SF because my car was got into an accident and need to be repaired. I lived nearby SF that period I was having my trip in LA. That means I was not in SF but the driver who shipped my car to SF need me to give him the money when he got my car in the destination or he will throw my car. In addition, that was on weekend and I cannot contact my insurance company and this shipping company. Because of this, I have to take the bus whole night in order to get there on the day he got there. This made me feel really upset and I got very sick after this. But I don't care now since my car was shipped to the destination safely and on time. So for me, I think the arrangement should be considered more reasonable. Otherwise, it is a good service. I am very appreciate.
