Lance was a great help in finding out where our car was when we weren't getting any information from the actual carrier. He was able to nail down a delivery time and really made us feel like at least someone was aware of where our car was and that we were actually going to get it back to us at sometime. The car did arrive a bit later than stated, but was in great shape, I would go with this group again if I had to ship another car.
