Felicia was very polite and kind to work with. Even when the first arrangement fell through, she worked hard to set something else up for us. In future, I would probably consider using the company again as long as I had adequate time before the time of shipping. I felt a little bit bad for giving them such short notice, and I think that may have contributed to the price and difficulty. Would definitely recommend them to others.
