Felicia was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding a transporter to ship my vehicle from New York to Florida. She kept me updated throughout the whole process through constant email communication and phone calls. She also made some extra phone calls to find me another auto transporter company when the original company that was contracted to pick up my car failed to respond in a timely manner. The company that I ended up using was very responsive and prompt, and was able to get my car to its final location a day before the expected delivery date. Thanks again Felicia for your help.

Much has to do with timing with the carriers that run the particular route and the availability of vehicles available to accommodate the drivers. Some carriers are more communicative than others.
