I am a very satisfied customer after dealing with autoshippingroup.com. I was very disatisfied with the help I was getting with another broker and found this group on the internet. It was late Saturday evening and Tige Yeargin was a very welcome voice on the phone as he was patient, knowledgeable and clear in his instructions and advice. He suggested I call back on Sunday night if I was going to use his service. He explained that the truckers would be checking an online site in order to line up jobs very early on Monday morning. He explained that those on the East Coast would be checking very early. I called him Sunday night, he got my name on the "bulletin board" and I got a call from him on Monday saying there was a trucker 20 minutes away from me and could pick up the car within an hour! I had already packed the car according to very good and specific allotments described and so the car was ready. It was picked up in the hour.
And, as if that wasn't good enough, he called back to tell me that it was a team of two drivers so the truck could be driven more than the 11 hours a day allowed for one driver in a day. The team would be able to drive 22 hours in a day. I could have the car there by Thursday. Wow! Don't have to tell you how happy I was that this person took the time to search out a solution for me.
The car arrived on time with everything I had packed (under the 100 lb limit) in perfect condition.
