Good service but need more accurate first bid

This was my first time shipping a car. My car was in a more isolated area of Nevada than the initial bid was built upon. This made it difficult to find a transporter and increased the cost signifcantly. Once a shipper was found, the pick up occurred quickly. The transport company contaced me frequently with status updates and delivered the vehicle 2 days early.

While I wasn't happy with the intial bid being too low, I would consider using them again if I am ever need to ship another car.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-853-2814 Shawn, Olivia and I worked really hard to find you a carrier coming out of Elko NV. It is literally in the middle of nowhere and I remember you and I joking about that. I am really sorry that the cost did increase because of the remote location. If there is anything else we can do please let us know.
