While I was making transport arrangements I had a lot else going on in my work life and couldn't always talk on the phone or spend any time doing anything except just getting it all done. Kim took the lead and sent follow up emails to all involved parties and kept me up to date. She worked around my schedule and just made the whole thing go more smoothly than I could have expected.
