Olivia at Auto Shipping Group was a helpful, respectful and informative. That being said, the company who actually did the shipping, C.A.R.S. (Corporate Auto Retail Service) was ok at best. The pickup and transportation of the vehicle was fine. The scheduled delivery date was for Sep. 2 and I would not even be in the area to pick up the car for Sep. 1. I get a call from the group saying that if I was not in the area on Aug 30, they were going drop it off at a partner tow yard. I now had the option of having it delivered around Sep 6 or picking it up at the tow yard which is located 30 minutes away from where I moved to. Since the tow yard did not belong to the company, it was quite a hassle coordinating the pickup of my car not only through the company but through the tow yard company as well. Not to mention I had to pickup my own car in a town 30 minutes away. Everyone was polite and helpful but, nevertheless, arranging to pickup my car in a town 30 minutes away is not what I arranged for.
