I started with another company and it became confusing and with lack of communication. After I started working with Ms. Castillo she made a point to explain the hold process on detail for my comfort. She provided all the option, prices and the time lines. She stay in constant communication every step of the way until the vehicle was deliver to my son with out a hitch.
