Jeff V was a pleasure to work with. I needed an urgent transport: pick-up and delivery in the same week. Jeff worked to find a reputable provider on MY budget. Everything from the booking to delivery was handled with care.

The only suggestion I have is for the carrier (not Jeff's team) to send me the bill of lading upon pick-up of the vehicle. When I received the car, there was no date stamp on the bill of lading. There is no way for me to know that the pre-shipping damage (if any) was noted at the time of pick-up or on the way over. It's basically all on trust. There is no way to prove/confirm the pre-pickup condition of the vehicle without me getting a record of the bill of lading and conditions immediately after pick-up.
