Felicia Bond-Williams was thorough from start to finish and was always available to answer questions. My only issue was that the pick-up of my vehicle was a few miles from my house because the side streets are too small for a large truck. The large auto transportation trucks cannot travel through low hanging trees without damaging the other vehicles already loaded on the open truck. So, be prepared and have a ride back home if this is the case for your neighborhood. The driver of the truck was courteous and offered to drive me back to my house, so no issue overall.

The loading address you provided was not accessible for the carrier size assigned to handle your vehicle transport. Smaller neighborhoods usually have weight restrictions to protect the streets.
