Sue Garrison was knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed right on top of every detail.
We felt very confident that the transport would be handled professionally. She was particularly helpful on the day of pickup, tracking down the driver and staying in touch until the car was picked up. Although Sue tried to get us a better price, the cost was particularly expensive this trip, and will definitely affect whether we can ship as often in the future. This is our second contract with Auto Shipping group, and we would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others. Our car is in transport at this point, but our last shipment involved no damages or claims. The driver indicated that our car may arrive a few days early, which is great, since a 10 day allowance seems a bit long, and we are in need of the car.

Yes, unfortunately the prices for shipping are at an all time high right now due to supply and demand. The prices vary depending on different factors, so don't hesitate to call in the future for a free quote. It could be much less the next time. You are right about the 10 days also. It is usually 7-9 days from TN to CA.
