Another carrier really dropped the ball with my shipping and Stephanie from Auto Shipping Group came through in the clutch. I found out the day my car was to be picked up that the initial company I booked with would be picking it up a day late and dropping it off 6 days later than the agreed upon arrival date.

When I called ASG Stephanie was very reassuring. Although I had to drop my car off 17 miles away, it arrived safely in 7 days (and day earlier than I needed it to arrive). Her communication was prompt and I really felt she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even under these extenuating circumstances.

I would most certainly do business with Auto Shipping Group again and would highly recommend then.
