Stephanie Hamilton, my service representative, did a really great job! She was very friendly, answered all my questions clearly, and was readily available at convenient hours (even though we were based on opposite coasts). Transporting cars from rural Wisconsin to the Syracuse NY area in the winter is not exactly the most popular route among truckers - yet in about a week, Stephanie found a transporter willing to take the job for only about $100 above the original asking price. The car arrived in great shape, and has been driving well in the two months since the transport.
