This was the first time I've ever shipped anything and I was really overwhelmed by all the offers I received. I was personally contacted by Martha and she put my worries about shipping a car at ease. She was my only point of contact and she took care of the entire thing. She contacted the seller of the car and scheduled a pickup without me lifting a finger or coordinating anything.
