Melissa was excellent. I had tried several companies to have my non running car shipped. After waiting a week I tried Melissa, it was moved a day and half later and in two and half days. Melissa explained everything you would need to know about the process and costs as well as benefits of several shipping methods. She is a credit to her company and I would not hesitate on recommending her to anyone who values honesty, integrity and great customer support.
