I called Auto Shipping Co. At the last min.
due to another co. Couldn't fulfill my request. I spoke with a Lance and explained to him that I needed to have my veh picked up & in LA by the 11th. Lance made it happen within 3days due to the last min. Request. Lance stayed in contact with me until the Veh. was picked up not only did he stay in touch before veh was picked up Lance called to make sure I picked the veh. Up when I arrived in LA that is what I call number one customer service, that is what makes a customer continue to do business with there company. I will be using this company again at the end of August. I'm looking forward to doing business with Lance, keep up the great job Lance.
