My experience with Auto Shipping Group was outstanding. Initial contact with Chell Hart was pleasant, very informative and precise. She was encouraging, explained the process of finding a carrier, gave an accurate estimate of the range of prices, and was in constant contact with me until a carrier had been secured. The cost of shipping was $1045, which was more than we had spent before when shipping a car to the same location. When I inquired about the price difference, Chell explained the seasonal nature of the business and the type of demand for shipping during this spring/summer season. What she said was consistent with the research I had done on my own. Once a carrier had been located, the process moved very quickly. From the day Chell called to say she had found a carrier to the day of pick-up was 2 days. This was very important to us since we had time constraints on the receiving end. Everything was done in a timely manner, all transactions went smoothly (including pick-up and drop-off), and the overall experience great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone planning to ship a car across country.
