I had never shipped a car to college and I was on a tight budget and i put in a request for a quote and tons of companies emailed me but Auto Shipping Group was the only one that also called me. I got a call from Lance who essentially did all the work and I just paid. I had no idea even what the process was. He explained it on his end as helping setting up the carrier and also what the carriers would do with my car. He was very honest and actually helped a lot.

I wanted to do cheap but Lance helped me realize that its better to find a place with full coverage just in case something happens. Also Auto Shipping Group is very wonderful when it comes to giving you a quote and actually sticking to it because the truck drivers are the ones would decide the rates. Auto Shipping Group is your liaison.

One company told me $750 then the next day he called back and said oh it just went up too $1170. Which is a huge jump.

At the end of the day, Auto Shipping Group is not a bunch of people trying to just get the best bid on your car they actually want to help and it makes you feel safe. I am pretty sure Lance was calling and emailing me twice a day to update me only because I asked. He was kind, patient when answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me, and super up front to me.
