Melissa was very responsive and spent time explaining all of the details related to shipping my car. She was extremely responsive. It did take a few days longer than I expected to find a carrier but I live in a remote area so I think there were less trucks who wanted to drive all the way to Vermont. The service received gave me peace of mind. The car arrived without any issues or problems. The driver was very professional and helpful.
