I had this company recommended to me from someone that had used them. What I found is that they give you a quote, and then they put that out on the market. If they've under priced it you sit and wait until they find someone willing to do it for that price. In my case several days past with no one willing to do the job for that price. So then they found someone willing to do it, but they wanted to charge me an additional $100 on top of my quote. I was tired of waiting and agreed to do it, but felt frustrated learning how the game works. The actual pickup transportation and delivery of the vehicle was fine. The car arrived a bit dirty which was to be expected on an open truck. Overall I would probably use this company again but I would be more educated now about how the process works and knowing that the quote you get may not be what you pay unless you're able to be patient and sit for someone. For me on a $30k car I didn't want to wait! Perhaps the feedback i would share is they should ask the customer what's more important: price or getting the car sooner. You underprice it and then you sit. You price it right and you risk paying perhaps more than you had to, but you get the job sourced very quickly.
