The carrier used was terrible, but that was nothing Matthew could've known initially. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, despite the carrier's inability to provide good business. Matthew was prompt in returning my calls and fixing the carrier's errors. However the carrier, Total Relocation Services in Vancouver, WA provided the worst service I have ever experienced. I work with large freight companies on a regular basis and have never experienced poor service like that. They refused to deliver the car in the daytime and removed their liability of damage due to weather when it was 100% sunny that day. Fortunately there was no damage, but the sketchy behavior involved including but not limited to, arguing over delivery in the daylight, and falsely marking my car with damage not present, left me in awe. I gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves and they failed on every account.
Again, Total Relocation Services (carrier) is the company to stay away from, but Matthew at Auto Shipping Group (broker) couldn't have done a better job.

I appreciate you understanding that I have no control over which carrier you are assigned and that you don't blame me for their poor service. I am happy that your car was delivered in proper condition and that I was able to serve you to the best of my ability. Thank you for the review.
