First impression was great but then a few frustrations followed. I did not understand that the company was like a brokerage and that I may not get the rate I was originally quoted. There were some weather issues in the midwest but I was shocked when I was first called and offered to have my car picked up for $500 plus dollars and then double my original quote. I may not have asked enough questions about the transaction but also would have appreciated knowing my quote may not be honored. I went about 2 weeks with two different quotes way higher than my original $900 and then called Ben and said to cancel the transaction as I was going to go with another company.
However I rated him 5 star service as the next morning he called and found a carrier willing to do it for $1200.00. Even though I had cancelled I appreciated he still had the shipping open and he called and reached out to me and I thought that deserved the 5 star service. In the end it was a day earlier and once the order went through it was all smooth sailing. I still wish my original quote of $900 would have been honored but the service offered made me think twice.
