Butler transport was very good about keeping me informed. There was a major ice storm in Louisiana which caused the driver to stop and spend 2 nights. The roads were closed. I got a call explaining the situation which put my mind at rest. It also allowed me to make other plans concerning transportation. I felt Jeff was looking out for me and my new car. I would definitely call him again.
