I called Red Carpet when I became in the market to transport my Mazda Cx7 medium SUV. I was relocating from Ohio to Colorado in the middle of winter in between the holidays and had used red carpet in the past. I spoke with Felicia when I called to go over my schedule and budget. I had obtained other quotes from 5 star companies which she gladly matched the lowest one. She even guaranteed no charge unless she could find me an appropriate carrier. My relocation was tricky time wise; and so both time & price was important. She was patient, kind and understood my time frame, knowing that if it could not be picked up in the 1 week window it would be best for me to just drive and at the same time understood I did not want to pay an express fee.

Felicia was able to locate a good carrier for my relocation and I am very happy with the outcome. My car was delievered directly to me and barely dirty (unusual since most times trucks spray with oil during the transport). She also let the carrier know to expect 4 boxes to be included in my vehicle for the transport. She did a good job keeping me in the loop & so I would recommend her services again. She also went out of her way after dispatch to ensure that the car would stay with the carrier until I arrived and was able to accept the car; rather than pay the carrier upfront and not be able to preview damages if left at the apartment I was to move into. I reccommend Red Carpet for future transports, but more importantly, Felecia!
