This company was great from the initial contact to the confirmation of vehicle drop off. Rod was very helpful in describing in detail the entire process. From selecting a carrier to anything in between. My car even arrived a day earlier then expected. My car arrived at its end destination in the same condition I left it. There was no damage and nothing was stolen. The only thing you need to do after drop off is give it a car wash. Especially if you used an open carrier option. Overall I had a great experience and if I ever need to move my car again I will be sure to use Magic Carpet.
