We shipped a smart Cabriolet in December 2013. From the beginning, Sue Garrison was extraordinarily kind and helpful. She ensured my thorough understanding of the process and all fees. Because the car has a cloth top, she arranged for it to be transported on the top of the transport, to minimize the chance that any oil or other fluids would drip onto it during the trip. Apart from being dirty, which I expected, the car arrived in fine condition. There was a minor delivery problem, in that it was hard to find a place in my new town where the transport could drop off the car. The driver stayed in contact, though, and we were able to meet to complete the transaction. I highly recommend working with Sue, if you get the chance.
