Felicia was very active in keeping me posted both in the pre-pickup arrangements, situation at the time of the pickup, and follow-up with delivery scheduling and check afterwards to make sure everything went well. There was a complication when the vehicle was being collected from the seller - the vehicle was no in the condition described and did not roll. This was unexpected. Felicia and the carrier worked with the seller to handle the situation completely and in a timely and cost-effective manner. I greatly appreciate the intervention provided by Felicia and the truck driver as they made it all work even with the unexpected problems without me having to get all stressed about it. THANK YOU Felicia !!!

The driver arrived sooner than anticipated and I was called in advance. When the driver arrived he was courteous and helpful in unloading the car in a respectful manner such that the car was placed where I wanted it. He did not rush and did an excellent job.

The purchase of this vehicle was complicated due to seller's lack of complete disclosure. Felecia and their transport driver removed the complications and I am grateful.
