I can’t even begin to express how they made us frustrated and stressful. We had to move from CA to NY. First they told us they would pick up the car on the exact day we requested which was a lie and they always need a time window as they explained later after we signed the contract. The day came and they didn’t show up. The next day we had a flight to our destination and they made us leave the car behind in CA and leave the key with a neighbor which was very inconvenient. Days has passed and no one has showed up and they don’t even give a simple answer to explain why they can’t pick up or when they will. It is the 6th day and we have been renting a car here in NY and who knows for how long we should pay for a rental car and wait for their call. The worst part is that there is nothing we could do at this point and have to wait. They made our move a complete disaster and they get paid as a brooker to make the move go smoothly. So ironic.
