After a disasterous move cross country by car last year, I decided to fly and have my car shipped this time. Exhaustive research of auto shippers did nothing but scare me, so I took a chance on Auto Shipping Direct. I'm really glad I did. Marienne was easily accessible and promptly responded to any questions I had. She was my primary contact throughout the process, and was reassuring and confident when that's exactly what I needed to hear. I contacted them a couple weeks before my move and told them I could be a little flexible with the pickup, but had a preferred day. The car was picked up on the exact day I wanted and was delivered cross country in FIVE DAYS! It ended up being delivered before I even got there, but I knew this was a possibility and made sure my brother would be available to take possession of the car for me. There were no surprises, which is how I wanted it. The price beat the competition by a couple hundred bucks, and from what I'm reading, the service was far superior to most people's experiences with auto shippers. I could not be happier. I promised if everything went according to plan, I'd shout it from the rooftops (actually, I said I'd tell everyone in cyberspace), so that's what I'm doing. My great thanks to Auto Shipping Direct for meeting and exceeding my expectations. I hate moving because something always goes wrong. Not this time. :)
