I needed a vehicle to get transported from MN to VA; the original company that I was dealing with (that was the less expensive for about 60 bucks), never contact me after a week of my original request, after calling several times I was told that because I had change the pickup date (from the 1st of Oct. to the 3rd) was going to take them a little bit longer, and at the time, they wouldn't' guarantee that the vehicle was going to get pickup within 5 days, but they are working on it….. Sure… I had chosen to fly to MN and drive the vehicle my self to VA, went I got home that night I had an email from Auto Shipping Direct, and I call them, and told them the situation (that was on Monday Oct 5th), Marianne, from auto shipping was not only able to arrange the vehicle to get pickup the following day, but to get delivered by Monday October 12th. On the pickup day was an small issue with the original pickup truck, I was informed, but once again, Marianne to the rescue, she was able to arrange another pickup that same day.
Original delivery time was on Saturday Oct 10, second delivery time Friday evening, final delivery time Friday afternoon Oct 9th.
This company has exceeds all my expectations, and their customer services skills are outstanding,,,,, About the other company that stat with a Co..os, forget it, is not worth it, rude people, never follow up, no calls, no e-mails, and a awful overall review, cheaper is not always better. I will absolutely recommend, and use again Auto Shipping Direct
