Peter Boyer is a thief and a liar. Auto shippers now took money and never delivered

I had contracted autoshippers now to move a vehicle for me. Peter Boyer was my broker. I paid a $150 deposit with signing an on-line contract. They never picked up the car. In fact, this company never had a driver- rather they got me contracted and the contract expired. He found another broker for me to deal with. This alternate company did move the vehicle and I was told that I would have to pay $800 to the driver. When the car arrived, I had to pay $950 because the driver had nothing to do with autoshippers now. Further, I spoke with Peter Boyer with whom I contracted moving my car. He told he two weeks ago that he would return my money within 5 to 7 business days. I never received my money and he no longer answers his phone. Now I have to pursue criminal charges against this thief and sue to get my money back.
