There were so many areas wrong with this transaction its difficult to summarize. First, when the driver didn't show up or contact me to arrange for pick up, Michael wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Basically, once the driver/trucking company was put in direct contact with me, Auto Express washed their hands of it. Not only that, but he had given the driver the wrong city in NY, which is about 140 miles away from the correct destination. As a result, the driver refused to deliver the car so we had to make arrangements to pick it up in an area that was convenient to him. Otherwise, we would have to pay for a private transport to the correct destination. My advice, don't use a broker and if you do, don't use this guy.
