Stuff, including tire changing items, was removed form trunk and left in NY without contacting me as first requested. ASA did not return phone calls, driver did not have number of location and he called me, ASA was uncooperative with trying to resolve small problem. Andrew, the owner left rude message, and told me to quit bothering his employees. My complaint is registered with BBB of CA. Please read beforeworking with ASA. they dropped the ball....

The "stuff" being referred to was an old toaster in the trunk, that the customer requested the driver take out, because someone was going to pick it up. The other, " Tire changing items" were never taken and this added to give his complaint legitimacy. The truck drivers never go into the trunk of the vehicles, unless otherwise instructed to do so, as in this case. This complaint is self explanatory. The important things to consider are that the car arrived on time, clean, nothing stolen, undamaged. This issue was between the truck driver and the customer, ASA performed exemplary
