The communication from the shipper who was assigned the transport was very poor. The first contact sounded like Earl and Vern in a garage. I was told there was bad weather and to expect the car about a week after pickup. When it was late, I tried the contact number I was given, only to be referred to another number. That number had a full mailbox. There was also another situation where a lady answered at the number I was told to call and she would refer me to a Charlie with the full mailbox. I was told by Auto Shippers America that when the car was one day away, I would be contacted by the shipper (Executive Auto). I was contacted when the car was about two hours away. I was very dissatisfied with the overall communication. The broker should assume some responsibility for the actual shipper they use. The car finally arrived after almost two weeks in transit and I had to take time off work to deal with these guys. Would not recommend. Would not use again. Sorry.
