The customer service at Auto shippers america was EXCELLENT! First of all, they were the only car shipping company to call me within a day period of me submitting a car quote. That surprised me!! What I liked most was the fact that Vic was very honest with me and it helped me to make the best decision on price and other company shipping options. His honesty and openness made me want to return to the quality customer service that was offered. Every question that I had was answered in a timely manner and there were several adjustments made to insure that i was taken care of in a prompt time. I realized how important customer service is when you are researching something that you have no idea about. I was educated through the whole process on car shipping, something that i had no understanding about a few days ago. Thank you!
