Auto Shippers America (ASA) is a broker that found the trucker to transport my daughter's car to West Palm Beach Florida from San Ramon California. Main contact was Denise Devito who was so honest and even suggested not to use ASA if I am not comfortable with them. I was told of the requirements of the contract, the pickup window of a maximum 7 days with the gold option I chose and the reality of losing my deposit of $315 if I don't stick to the 7 day window. The appreciation I have is for the trucker that was picked to transport my car which was AMD Trucking of Santa Monica CA. The driver was courteous, on time and very professional and accommodating at the destination end as to the time the car can be delivered. My daughter is at work and had asked that the delivery be made between 6 and 7 o'clock in the evening and the driver (Boris) granted the request. It was awesome and made me and my daughter very happy. The car was in great shape as well. Awesome service is what I can say of the experience.
