Incredibly Prompt!!!!

I confirmed my order by phone late on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday at noon I received a call from the independent trucking company stating they'd be picking up my vehicle the next day. They picked it up late Thursday afternoon and delivered it at 5:30 PM on Friday.

My only possible complaint was that the independent trucking company couldn't (or wouldn't) provide me with anything in the way of even an estimated delivery time beyond "some time after noon". And I never heard from the driver until 4:30 advising me he was about an hour away.

But the driver was very professional and courteous, and the vehicle was delivered in flawless condition.

I can't say enough good about Christine at Auto Shippers America. She was incredibly friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. This was the first time I've ever had a vehicle transported and she helped make it an absolutely painless event.
