This was our first time shipping cars. We found Auto Shippers America and three other companies by reading the reviews at this site. The phone representatives I spoke with at the other companies were vague about time, very high priced and not very professional on the phone. When I called Donna at Auto Shippers Amer. I knew I had found the right company. Donna walked me through the process. She explained in detail what to expect and quoted the best price for the service. We had one small glitch. The trucking company was so fast in picking up the car that we talked with the transport driver before Auto Shippers had an opportunity to notify us that the contract had been picked up. We were very pleased with the service. So pleased that we have shipped two other cars with them also very satisfactorily. Donna could train the entire industry in customer service.
