My boyfriend and I e-mailed several transport companies asking about rates. It was a Saturday and within minutes we got the quick response from Auto Ship Company. We were amazed, that was a great. We talked to Paul who was very polite and helpful. He gave us a quote, which we found expensive, then, gave us a discount. Even though the second quote wasn't the best quote we've got from all the companies, just for Paul's attitude and the way he was being helpful and interested, we decided to close the deal with him. But then, he said that he couldn't meet the discount price he had promised and had to charge us the initial quote. We were VERY upset, he didn't make it clear to us that the discount wasn't sure. We didn't like that at all. But then, on Monday, he called us again, giving us the discount after all and we finally closed the deal. That very same day the car got picked up. The company they used was JTJ Enterprise, and they were amazing!!!!The driver, Sheldon, was super careful and was always giving me updates of where he was. Super polite and easygoing.
After all, I had a good experience, recommend the company and would use it again.
