I just wanted to start by saying I have never shipped a vehicle before. Unfortunately on the way back from my trip to Niagara Falls my car broke down in Syracuse. Steve from Auto Secure Transports took care of things right away. Luckily it was really easy to do through my phone and I didn't want to leave my car abandoned.
