Please refrain to use their services. I'll never use or recommend them. I signed a contract with them by $625 to transport my car from Denver to Miami. I paid the deposit of $125 to place the order and a balance of $500 once I receive my car. The transporter was very nice, friendly and honest guy (different company), however the contract that he made with Auto Planet Transport LLC was $675, so the transporter did not return my car until I pay $550 ($50 more of initial contract) so I called to Auto planet and spoke with Rachel (my Primary contact) and she said that it was a misinformation so she encouraged to me to pay extra $50 and they've compromised with me to return me that amount to my credit card. After of bunch of calls they've regreted to return me the $50. Now I've opened a dispute with my credit card. Please do not fall in the same scam.
