The thought of this site being "IN" on our "scam" is funny in itself. We did nothing wrong in your matter. You have already disputed your charge with us and are not due back double compensation. That being said, we had several companies to pick-up your vehicle. You failed to mention that you had given us a window, and within that window were not available on numerous attempts to have your vehicle loaded.You then started giving us 2 and 3 day windows of when you will be "back in town" and expected us to have to meet those dates. Auto Transport does not and never will work like that. I give a very detailed explanation both on the phone, on my website and in my emails of how this process works. I appologize that I could not meet your standards of time specifications but I do not have magic drivers in my back pocket. ALL of our reviews are real both good and bad. We are a new company, but strive to get better everyday. In addition to the 2 or 3 customers that were not satisfied, I have hundreds of customers that were more than satisfied. Unfortunatelly, not everyone has the time to post good reviews.When I spoke to you about this you seemed to understand all of this fine. I never dodged your phone calls or emails. You have actually never once before this written a review to be deleted so I dont know where you are getting any of this from. I am sorry you feel you did not have a good experience, but are welcome to write me an email letting me know what went wrong so I can work on fixing it in the future.
