In response to Lynns complaint. We had 4 different companies available within the 3 day window alotted. She refused all 4 in hopes of getting it loaded on a specific day. The certified letter came in later than she was supposed to send and it. In addition to all of that she was booked with 3 seperate brokers after she had already signed our contract and paid the deposit. We did everything as promised but nothing was good enough. I have been in contact with Lynn as well as her husband throughout the entire process. He tld me she refused the drivers because she was hoping to get it on an exact date. This is a ridiculous accusation as I have proof of all of the companies . I even had a driver for her for the next day within her window. We have not avoided one call but we cannot do all the work we have done and refund a customer when we did the job were supposed to do. Lynn is entitled to a full $150.00 credit towards her next move and I hope she takes advantage of it. I try to please evryone but sometimes it is impossible. Hopefully she will give us a chan ce to make it right. I have all the supporting documents in case Transport Review need me to post them as everything was documented.
