Working with Ernie at Auto Movers USA was great. Ernie provided information when requested. The final details and delivery info was handled by a receptionist, who flat out lied to my face about discussing the need for cash at pickup with me. No one discussed needing cash at pickup, which was not a problem but made for an inconvenience making the driver wait while I went to the bank. All in all, my interaction with Ernie was great and my car was delivered with only minor delay. If the interaction with the receptionist was on the level, this would be a five-star review.
