Allen Jones was helping me and seemed nice. He quoted $375 and promised quick and fast delivery of my car to my door. He asked for $75 upfront and told me to pay the driver $300 upon delivery once at my house. Not only did the driver #1 refuse to bring it to my door (he wanted to drop it two blocks away knowing it had driving issues), but #2 he also wanted $325 instead of the agreed upon $300. I ended up having to call the police just to force the driver to drop it off to my house. The entire time this was going on, Allen is yelling at me via text (in all caps) telling me to stop making a big deal over nothing and just pay the guy. He promised to refund me $25 due to the driver overcharging but I text him multiple times after the driver was paid and he didn't respond. I will be making complaints on every website and to the Better Business Bureau, and on any social media outlet I can find to make it known to others to NEVER to use this company. By the way, the driver showed me his contract and he WAS told I'd pay him $325 -- so this company J & D Transport LIED and purposely tried to dupe me. In addition, I was never given a physical contract by J & D which I believe is their scam to get out of being held liable for their poor business practices.
