The driver was great and the car arrived as promised however, to call me just prior to pick up once everything was agreed and we had a price in writing to say the driver is demanding an additional $25 to pick up or you can find someone else seems like a slime/scam move (especially since they waited until the end of the day so no one else would be available).
Then I learn James Sanchez dispatched the pickup to include the $25 before he even called to try and say the driver was demanding the extra. (The driver never changed anything - James intended to cost me the additional the entire time)
I guess that works for his business but it’s horrible and not a honest way to operate.
